Brazil-U.S. Defense Industry Dialogue

Participants will engage with Brazilian and U.S. government and military officials to review progress under the Defense Industry Dialogue (DID), plan future initiatives, receive briefings from senior Defense, Commerce and State Department representatives, as well as the U.S. Southern Command regarding official priorities and programs in Brazil and the region.

12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Defense Industry Working Lunch: U.S. Government Briefing for U.S. Industry
Hosted by U.S. Ambassador to Brazil Michael McKinley, participants will receive briefings from senior Defense, Commerce and State Department representatives, as well as the U.S. Southern Command regarding official priorities and programs in Brazil and the region.

2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. | DID Stakeholder Engagement: Bilateral Meeting with Brazilian and US Representatives
Industry participants will engage with Brazilian and U.S. government and military officials to review progress under the Defense Industry Dialogue (DID), plan future initiatives, and discuss opportunities to increase bilateral trade and investment in the defense sector.
