The ongoing political transitions in Brazil and the United States have the potential to provide both economies with a chance for a fresh start. Brazil is in the midst of internal domestic reforms and looking to the globe for development partners, while the United States is reevaluating its trade relations, providing a ripe opportunity to define a path for sustainable economic growth between the two countries.
During the 2017 Mid-year Meeting we will give an update on the Council’s strategic priorities as we engage with both administrations. Together, we will determine how to continue advancing our agenda under the changing environment.
