Export Green Trade Mission: Biofuels in Brazil
September 30 - October 2, 2013
Sao Paulo and Recife*
Did you know that Brazil is second only to the United States in both consumption and production of ethanol?
Robust trade exists between the two countries as well. Since January 2013, the United States has exported over 97 million liters of ethanol to Brazil, while 397 million liters of Brazilian ethanol have been imported into the United States. Brazil is also keen to show leadership in the use of "next generation" and aviation biofuels. If you are an ethanol exporter, marketer, or biofuels technology innovator looking for global partners, the Brazilian market is more attractive than ever.
The Brazil-U.S. Business Council is pleased to invite you to participate in this trade mission to grow your business in Brazil. “Export Green: Brazil” is organizing a this trade mission in cooperation with the International Trade Administration and in partnership with the Advanced Biofuels Association (ABFA), Renewable Fuels Association (RFA), and the Brazilian Sugarcane Industry Association (UNICA).
