Forum Brasil Roundtable with the Rio Investment Promotion Agency (Rio Negócios)

On May 6, the Brazil-U.S. Business Council hosted a Forum Brasil breakfast event featuring Marcelo Haddad, Executive Director of the RioInvestment Promotion Agency (Rio Negócios). 

Rio Negócios is the official agency in Rio de Janeiro responsible for attracting and facilitating new investments, as well as providing support for the implementation of work in the areas of trade promotion, business facilitation, business environments and business intelligence. 

Mr. Haddad discussed investment opportunities in Rio de Janeiro, specifically in the areas of  oil & gas; telecom, IT and technology; sporting events; hospitality and tourism; and creative industries including media and advertising.
