General Mills may buy Yoki For R$2 Billion

General Mills Inc. has agreed to acquire Brazilian food company Yoki for R$2 billion, according to sources at the two companies.

The sources said Yoki has annual revenues of more than R$1.0 billion.Yoki is a Brazilian family-run company and it operates nine factories across six Brazilian states, according to the company's website.

The company produces cereals, popcorn, juice mixes, snacks and others products.
