Task Forces and Working Groups

Task Force Activities:

  • Organize investment forums in the United States and/or Brazil to facilitate matchmaking opportunities for U.S. and Brazilian businesses in energy and energy-related fields.
  • Lead business delegations to the United States and Brazil to advance bilateral cooperation in the area of energy with senior policymakers from both countries.
  • Advocate for the implementation of federal level legislation/regulations for recycling and post-recycling programs in Brazil based on international best practices.
  • Whenever possible exchange information with the Instituto Brasilero de Petroleo (IBP) to ensure common work objectives on energy issues.
