A Brazilian federal court on Monday indicted a former Workers Party (PT) national treasurer and 13 others in another round of the ongoing investigation into corruption at government-run oil company Petrobras. Paulo Ferreira became the third former PT treasurer to face indictment in the case. The 14 latest defendants are accused of bribery, money laundering and conspiracy in alleged efforts to defraud Petrobras and siphon company funds to PT political campaigns. The 14 include former party officials, former Petrobras employees and former employees of contractors working for Petrobras.
