Brazil’s unemployment rate fell to 13.3% as of May from 13.6% as of the end of April, the Brazilian Census Bureau (IBGE) said Friday. Total unemployed fell back to 13.8 million workers from 14.0 million as of April. According to economists, unemployment may have reached its peak in April and may now continued on a gentle downward curve. Brazil’s economy is now experiencing a gradual recovery from a two-year recession.
