Brazilian judge Sérgio Moro is the 13th most influential person in the world, according to Fortune magazine’s annual survey of the 50 most influential people. This year’s list is headed by Amazon’s Jeff Bezos. Moro appears just ahead of rock star philanthropist Bono. Moro is the federal judge, based in Curitiba, who has spearheaded Brazil’s two-year investigation of corruption among politicians, private contractors and state-run oil company Petrobras. The probe has led to dozens of arrests and a congressional move to impeach President Dilma Rousseff.
