The quality of a country’s regulatory framework and the predictability of its processes are essential factors for the development of its business environment. In this panel, agencies’ leadership and Camex will discuss with the Private Sector: (1) the latest rule making process improvements implemented by Brazil’s agencies and (2) Congress’ bill regarding management, technical autonomy, and control of the agencies.
